Our Fee structure is competitive with other firms in Iredell County. While most matters are handled on a flat fee or hourly rate, some cases are accepted on a "contingent fee" basis, where we receive only a percentage of the recovery. In either case, you will be informed of the specifics of the fee structure before work on your case is started. For personal injury, accident, wrongful death, workers' compensation and social security cases we offer free consultations. For most other cases we offer low cost initial consultations.
