Urban Architectural Group started in 1997 with the philosophy that architecture should be rooted in practical matters of building, enhance its place in the community, and aspire to the enduring nature of art. Since we began, we’ve held fast to our beliefs, completing more than 500 projects. But what’s more noteworthy than the number is the immeasurable amount of respect we’ve earned.
Hands-on personal service. An extensive knowledge of the industry. Reaching goals and surpassing expectations. All of these things have allowed us to grow successfully while remaining a responsible member of communities spanning from Charlotte to Charleston.
Today we are a multi-faceted firm built around the essential components of a successful community plan—family, business and entertainment. Our Commercial Team works with office, retail and warehouse spaces, while the Residential Team is focused on private residences and neighborhood developments. Our Multi-Family Team concentrates on condominium, townhome and apartment projects and often collaborates with the other teams for mixed-use communities. It’s an approach that works. And one that allows us to build strong communities.
