Falcon Metal Corporation is an industrial distributor. Our primary clients are original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Our focus is on helping you manage your “Class C” production components in order to reduce your Total Procurement Cost (TPC). We achieve these results in a number of ways including implementation of inventory management programs, commonly known as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
This entails Falcon staff periodically replenishing material at the point of use in your plant. With our program in place, there is little chance an assembly line would have to be shut down for a low cost part. Though we serve a large regional base of clients in North & South Carolina and Kentucky, we have the ability to provide VMI programs in other regions.

Falcon surveys new customers to determine the current issues/problems and indentify the goals, quantitative and qualitative, to be achieved.

Our staff have serviced our clients for many years, are experienced in providing a wide variety of “Class C” items.

Falcon’s staff then develops a supply system to meet or exceed the goals.

Falcon’s Bar Code Inventory System (FBIS) utilizes state-of-the-art technology to insure the system is cost effective.

We utilize pull systems, which support our customers’ “lean” initiatives.
