Dr. Heather Smith is the owner of University City Vision Care. She grew up in Charlotte and graduated from East Mecklenburg High School.
After graduating from North Carolina State University, Dr. Smith received her doctor of optometry from the Southern College of Optometry (SCO) in Memphis. She also completed a residency in Primary Care Optometry at SCO and the Memphis VA Hospital. Prior to purchasing University City Vision Care, Dr. Smith practiced in Concord, Kannapolis, and the Charlotte Optometry Group.
Dr. Smith is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina State Optometric Society, and the Piedmont Optometric Society.
She lives with her family in Union County

About the Doctors
