Carolina Asphalt, founded in 1982, specializes in the repair, maintenance and rehabilitation of parking lots and pavement systems in the Carolinas. We focus on the needs of property/facility managers and owners.

Our services include asphalt patching, resurfacing, reclamation and paving; concrete patching, sidewalk repair, curb and gutter work; cracksealing; sealcoating; striping; speed hump/bump installation for traffic control and aesthetics; StreetPrint installation; and drainage correction.

We have a staff of experienced estimators who are trained to consult with property managers on the condition of their lots and to craft the best solution for diverse pavement problems. We understand the varying challenges that accompany all property types including trucking facilities, factories/industrial facilities, retail, office, hotels, apartments, homeowner’s associations and single-tenant properties. We offer annual pavement seminars to equip property managers and owners with knowledge to make informed decisions regarding their pavement systems. We also offer a condensed version of our seminar online.
