He routinely reviews and helps clients negotiate employment, severance and non-compete agreements and has litigated non-compete issues for both employees and employers.
Howard personally handles all of his cases and with his 30 years of experience he knows how to promptly sort out the real issues and give the client the individual attention needed to achieve favorable results. He is also a certified mediator and arbitrator. Howard understands the value to the client of being able to resolve a case before you incur the costs of litigation but he certainly has the experience to file suit when it is required.
