Welcome to Double R Stables! We are a full-service Equestrian Center located on 44 beautiful acres in the Charlotte, NC area, located in Waxhaw, NC. On our website, you'll be introduced to our facilities and services, including 3 barns, large stalls, 2 riding rings, beautiful pastures and trails, full amenities for both horse and human and the best in 24-hour on-property care.

We are a family-run operation and strive to maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for both you and your horse. We truly enjoy our boarders, students and visitors. We work hard to make this a place that you will be proud to ride at and have your horse call home.
We specialize in offering a complete Hunter/Jumper riding program to include, lessons, training and competitive showing for all levels. Our focus is having a fun, safe and positive learning and showing experience.
Activities at Double R include horse shows, lessons, camps and occasional trail-rides. With our multiple barns and large layout, we welcome all kinds of horses and riders ... kids to adults ... show competitors to pleasure trail-riders.
