The decision to Be Green is strategic and specific to each builder as they position themselves in the perfomance home market. Each builder needs to consider their Shades of Green strategy.

DKM consulting clients looking for structured on-going executive management support have the opportunity to participate in Client Workgroups or DKM Roundtables. Roundtable groups provide the business owner a place to meet with other business owners who share the same issues and frustrations of being the owner. The Roundtable program is a place for business owners to share ideas and seek solutions. Business owners focus on strategic plans, commitment to operational initiatives, continuous training and development and finding resources from group members.
DKM clients not interested in Roundtable participation have the option to participate in the Business Advisor Process. This is a 1-on-1 process beween DKM and the business owner. The 1-on-1 sessions are structured to manage open issues and the implementation of recommended solutions. The business owner commits to meet with DKM weekly or bi-weekly for an operations review to discuss solutions to new issues and review the results of initiatives in place.
