We have the best Tae Kwon Do, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Judo, Kickboxing and Wrestling instructors in the state of North Carolina. We also have a great martial arts training facility to help you meet all your martial arts needs. Many of our students compete and win in Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts Tournaments throughout the east coast.
Alamance Black Belt Academy of Burlington, NC offers students the opportunity to experience martial arts at its best. Students can gain experience and expertise in one or many of our martial arts disciplines, including Tae Know Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Judo. As you progress in your martial arts studies, you will be learning skills that will increase your self esteem, self confidence, physical fitness, endurance and strength, and the ability to defend yourself in real-life situations.

Martial Arts for Beginners and Advanced Students

As you begin your martial arts studies, you start out as a white belt and gradually progress through the belt levels until you reach the black belt level. At this level, you will be able to demonstrate the techniques, skills, and physical endurance to excel during martial arts competition (if you choose) or during real-life, self defense situations.
