Welcome and thank you for visiting! Since 1982, we have been proud to serve Alamance, Caswell and surrounding communities. As a not-for-profit hospice and home health care provider, our mission is to care for those with serious illnesses or conditions, and their families, to help them live as fully and comfortably as possible.
Our programs and services have grown over the years, including care for those with serious but not terminal illnessess and conditions. We're state licensed, federally certified and nationally accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare, demonstrating our commitment to meeting and exceeding the highest national standards for quality care.
