Our law offices are located across the street from the Courthouse in High Point, North Carolina, which gives our attorneys, as well as our clients, quick and convenient access to the Courts. Our attorneys, R. Tony Hill, a High Point native, and Richard D. Hovis, a lifelong North Carolina resident, are trial attorneys with over 60 years combined experience.
Hill & Hovis believe it is our obligation to our clients to interact with them on a personal basis and work diligently to resolve their legal problems in a competent and thorough manner. As a result, unlike other law firms that spend large sums of money advertising, Hill & Hovis have found that their past and present clients are their best advertisement.
Hill & Hovis limits their practice to the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, workers compensation, injuries from defective products, social security disability, criminal and traffic cases. The emphasis in our practice over the years has been in representing people who have suffered serious and catastrophic injuries as a result of automobile/tractor trailer collisions, motorcycle accidents and pedestrian/auto accidents. We believe by limiting our practice to these areas, we can better stay abreast of all the newest trends and changes in the law.
All personal injury, wrongful death, workers compensation, injuries from defective products and social security disability cases are handled on a CONTINGENCY FEE BASIS. If no recovery is made, you will not be assessed an attorney fee. We also provide free consultations as well as make home/hospital visits at no expense to those unable to visit our office due to their injuries.
