Wise Flooring installed the floors in the Minnich home in Southern Shores, which was chosen by the judges as the winner of the highest category in the 2009 Parade of Homes. The home also won the Peoples Choice Award!

The wood for this project is reclaimed heart pine Wise Flooring obtained from an old tobacco barn. The stair treads are reclaimed tobacco barn wood as well. The risers and handrail are mahogany.
