We love Italian food, Italian wines and sharing our passion with you. We set aside the first Monday of each month (usually) to create a dining experience that you just can't get anywhere else in the Triangle. We bring in the freshest ingredients we can find and set out to produce stunning examples of Italian culinary excellence, then pair those with the best wines from Italy's best wineries.
For $40, you will get a 5 course meal that is prepared for only a handful of people. We only buy enough for a small group so that the cooking and the serving can be as intimate as possible. Each course has been chosen to highlight a certain flavor or texture and the wine will bring it all together for you.
If you would like to be pampered for a few hours, and go home with a story to impress your friends with, come by tonight and join us.
2011 Trip to Tuscany
Our promotion that ultimately gave away a free trip to Italy to some of our loyal customers was so much fun, and so well received, we're already planning another one!
The next trip will be longer (2 weeks) and spend most of the time up in the Tuscany region.
