Capturing Time with Artistic Imagery... . . . using the perfect blend of photojournalism and traditional photography.
When the doors first open in 1990,
the studio was located north of Winston-Salem near Hanging Rock State Park in North Carolina. Surrounded by mountain vistas and fresh flowing streams, the studio was named "Appalachian Photography" and offered a unique setting for inspiration and creativity.
With continued growth and dedication to customers, the studio moved into Winston-Salem in 1999 and was located near the entrance to Wake Forest University on Reynolda Road for six years.
Although already very popular, in 2005 the studio changed it's name to Allure Photography to better open it's doors to other parts of the country. In November of 2005, Allure Photography moved into a new and improved studio which it built two miles from Wake Forest University near Mount Tabor High School. The custom built studio offers one of the finest facilities in town while keeping a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
