Lowder, Inc. was established in 1953 and was incorporated in North Carolina in 1986. The company specializes in commercial and industrial site development. Our services include site clearing, erosion control, site grading, and utilities for water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage. Additional services for paving, retention walls, curb, gutter and related finish work can be provided through approved subcontractors. Lowder, Inc. holds an Unlimited General Contracting License No.22936.

Lowder, Inc. also holds a Solid Waste Management Treatment and Processing Facility Permit No. 34-19. By processing and recycling waste products from its site development operations, Lowder, Inc. markets hardwood mulch, topsoil, and field soil to individuals and business customers.

Lowder, Inc. offers its services in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina including the cities of Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and High Point and surrounding areas.
