I do this by giving you total control over the services performed: you can choose the level of cleaning by the room, so if you want a Deep Clean on your heavily-trafficked areas and a Basic Clean in the bedrooms, that's fine with me. The Cleaning Process
Step 1: Pre-Inspection (Basic, Deep, Ultimate)

I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. I will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as discussing any concerns you may have.
Step 2: Pre-vacuum (Deep, Ultimate)

Dry soil is removed by thoroughly power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process.

Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.
Step 4: Pre-spray (Basic, Deep, Ultimate)

A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.

Step 5: Pre-grooming/Agitation (Deep, Ultimate)

A heavy-duty carpet groomer is used to loosen the soil and bring more dry soil, hair and loose fiber to the surface.

Step 6: Soil Extraction and Rinse (Basic, Deep, Ultimate)
