We are rolling out a new beer menu this weekend and WE NEED YOUR HELP! We’ve got loads and loads of new microbrews coming in and we’ve got to make room. We are phasing out our big 22oz beers so that we can bring a larger variety of 12oz microbrews. This is a serious re-vamp, beer lovers be warned! We will have 40+ beers for you to choose from on our drink menu. So help us clear out our inventory of the big boys. Our cooler and stock room are just too crowded! We’ve reduced the prices of EVERY 22oz beer, these are only $4.00 a piece until they are gone! Get in here quick, once they are gone, THEY ARE GONE!

We are proud to release a new and updated menu at Coyote!!! We’ve kept lots of your old favorites on the menu and added a handful of enticing new dishes! You will have to come in and see (TASTE) for yourself.
Here’s a sneak peak of some of the changes we’ve made.
All our burgers and sandwiches are now served with your choice of our homemade fries (mmmmmmmm), chips and salsa, or a cup of soup. Its a full meal that will leave your tummy satisfied! And if you like a good burger and haven’t tried ours, you have got to come in! Our burgers are high quality antibiotic and hormone free beef, big and juicy, THE BEST IN BOONE!
We’ve also added several new menu items. We’ve got two new salad plates, the CATALINA topped with delicious golden battered or rosemary buttered shrimp and our new homemade rosemary BREAD BOWL & SALAD, filled with your choice of any of our homemade soups served along side a savory spinach salad. We’ve got a new burger, the CARIBBEAN BURGER, loaded with pineapples, mushroom, red peppers and our spicy chipotle cream cheese, and a new FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH. A new veggie quesadilla, the MESA VERDE, filled with grilled tempeh, jack and feta, mushroom, caramelized onions, and spinach. Two fantastic new taco options on the menu – spicy Mexican CHORIZO tacos and our new JERKED KOBE Beef tacos, a must try! We’ve also added a new boat dish, the TEXI-TAOS, layered with cornbread, red beans, kobe beef, jack cheese and more. We are so pleased with our new menu items, we know you will be too.
The big change that was a little heart wrenching was the removal of our Enchiladas from the menu. These are a favorite of many, we know, and so it was a difficult decision to make. The truth is that our Enchiladas were slowing us down. If you have been in , YOU KNOW how tiny our kitchen is, and these babies crowded the space we have to work with. Our goal is to make Coyote Kitchen faster, more efficient, and more enjoyable for all, and just a few Enchilada orders would overtake the grill and set back our kitchen, slowing down our food output. We want everyone to come in and get hot food, with quick and speedy service. And so it has been done. No more Enchiladas at Coyote.
All in all we are very happy with our new menu. Come in and check it out. Try a new menu item and be sure to let us know what you think!
