Ron vonLembke served as Assistant Counsel to President H.W. Bush in the White House Counsel's Office and as Special Counsel to the National Security Advisor, National Security Council. He is a certified mediator under the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission and is a neutral arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. His areas of concentration include municipal law, eminent domain, land use, development, permitting, commercial construction, commercial contracts, and professional contracts. In addition to his private practice, he serves as County Attorney for Onslow County, North Carolina. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Colorado.

Beth Faleris is a 1992 graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Hawaii, and South Carolina. Ms. Faleris worked for several years for the Hawaii State Legislature for the House of Finance Committee, drafting fiscal legislation, including the budget for the state of Hawaii. In Onslow county, Ms. Faleris served as the vice chairman of the Onslow County Zoning Board of Adjustment from 2004 to 2008. Her area of concentration is land use, zoning and construction lien law.
