My name is Lo and I'm a bilingual real estate agent with Keller Williams Great Smokies in Waynesville NC.

I provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. I determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

When needed, my service also provides intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

I'll perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value. Display and market real property to possible buyers. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).

I can manage property auctions or exchanges. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.

My Real Estate license is registered with the state of North Carolina. Meaning as a North Carolina realtor, I can perform my duties anywhere in the state.

Just keep in mind, I am better qualified to work around my area which consist of areas in and around the Great Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina. Places like Waynesville North Carolina, Asheville NC (Biltmore Estate), Hendersonville NC, Canton NC, Sylva NC, Maggie Valley NC (Cataloochee Ski Area), Lake Junaluska NC, Whittier NC, Cherokee NC (Harrah's Cherokee Casino and Resort), Franklin NC, Brevard NC, Cashiers NC, Highlands NC, Cullowhee NC (Western Carolina University), Robbinsville NC (Tail of the Dragon), Andrews NC. And that's just to name a few lol.
