While looks are important in a parking lot, they are not the only factor involved in maintenance. Safety is an essential issue, especially in a place where pedestrians and motorists meet. Debris can trip up pedestrians, unclear or fading lines can confuse drivers, and potholes and uneven pavement can be hazardous to both. We can take care of all that! We offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to, sweeping, seal coating, crack sealing, line painting and marking, Thermoplastic applications and bumper block installation. We install traffic flow signs and signals also.

Sweeping is important because it cleans many forms of debris, such as mud, glass, cigarette butts or litter, which if left, can give the business a messy appearance.
Seal coating and crack sealing are not only good for aesthetics; they keep the blacktop from deteriorating. If possible, you should do this in your parking lot at least once a year.
Maintaining the lines in the parking lot is important to insure safety of both vehicle and pedestrian traffic. It designates parking spaces, including handicapped spaces to meet ADA standards. Line painting helps direct traffic by showing arrows, no parking areas and any other things a business owner would like to display to customers or tenants. Thermoplastic application is a new method that lasts longer and is more visible at night, mainly used for high volume traffic areas.
Bumper blocks are installed to keep vehicles from parking too close to buildings, signs, drop-offs, lawns etc.
Post mounted signs are used to control and direct traffic. We install signs that are mounted on posts, such as U-channel breakaway posts, or wooden posts mounted in sleeves dug into the ground or attached to an existing structure, such as a mast arm or building. Signs for your private parking lot or development can be taken from the DOT regulatory or we can customize them in order to get your message across.
