Welcome! Mr. Driscoll, a licensed attorney in North Carolina, concentrates his practice in Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston and Cabarrus County Criminal District Courts. While he handles a variety of cases, this site highlights his main practice areas: Criminal, Impaired Driving (DWI), Driving While License Revoked (DWLR), and Speeding.

Mr. Driscoll received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. During his undergraduate studies, he was honored to study at the prestigious Oxford University in Oxford, England. Upon graduation, he earned his J.D. from Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, Campbell University.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Driscoll accepted a position with the Mecklenburg County Public Defender Office. While there, Mr. Driscoll received top-notch training from some of the best criminal and traffic attorneys in North Carolina. Since then, Mr. Driscoll has been general counsel of two private criminal and traffic law firms.

Mr. Driscoll is a member of the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County Bars, National Motorist Association, ARAG, and Lawyer Referral Service. He has been invited to teach other lawyers at Legal Education seminars.
