The Initial Interior Redesign Consultation is where it all starts. I’ll ask you what’s working and not working for you, who uses the space and how it is used. I’ll give you design tips as we tour the room(s) and at the end of our session, I’ll leave you with a firm price proposal to redesign the space and schedule the follow-up appointment for the redesign. The actual redesign of a room will take a half day to a day for the Mais Oui! Redesign team to complete. I offer a multi-room discount, so it works to your benefit to have more than one room redesigned at a time. The only surprise will be how great your room looks after we rearrange what you already own!

Home Staging Consultation
Perception is value. I can help you make your house “model home” ready so that it sells quickly and for the best return on your investment. This staging consultation will involve a “walk through” from the front curb to the back fence with you and your real estate agent. And, if you decide you want additional help, I’ll leave you with a proposal for the Mais Oui! Redesign team to do staging redesign work in your house.
Home Staging Redesign
Some homeowners choose to complete the entire checklist of recommendations made during the consultation on their own. Others choose to have the Mais Oui! Redesign team come in to do a staging redesign of their rooms. A staging redesign differs from a regular redesign in that we “depersonalize” the space to ensure that buyers can visualize moving their furniture and family into your house.

Maybe you aren’t ready to have us do an interior redesign yet, or you are the do-it-yourself type and are just stumped and need some outside coaching. If you want to brainstorm or ask questions regarding your furniture and its placement, lighting and accessories, give us a call.
Painting / Color Consultations
Do you need help determining an overall color scheme in an open floor plan? Or selecting the right color paint for a specific room? Are you afraid to take the plunge into committing to a paint color without a second opinion? As an SDP Certified Color specialist, I can help! I have Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paint decks and can arrange for larger samples to be sent to you directly from those companies.

While I specialize in interior redesign and home staging, I realize that some of my clients are organizationally challenged and would love help organizing their kitchen pantries, getting a handle on their paperwork or taming the chaos in their workrooms or storage areas. That’s the time to call us. We are members of the National Association of Professional Organizers and would love to help you have a calmer and neater environment to live and work in.
