I have been to a lot of other massage therapists, spas and "massage chains" and sometimes felt rushed when I left. I never knew which therapist I would get and the massage never lasted the full amount I paid for (usually lasted 45 to 50 minutes). At Body Complete Therapeutic Massage, I am the only therapist, so you know who will be working with you. Before each massage, we take some time talking about what you want for the session. You spend the full amount of time on the table and afterward, sit and relax several minutes before leaving. My office is the one place in your day where you can completely relax, breathe and take some time for yourself.
