The practice consists of a sequence of postures that integrates breath and movement and is taught at various levels, based on the needs and abilities of the student.
The integration of breath and movement creates internal heat which purifies the body and increases blood circulation. This process of detoxification brings the experience of enhanced health and well-being, improving overall quality of life.
The key to experiencing the fruits of this method of yoga is regular practice over time. As time passes, the body becomes strong and flexible. Balance and mental awareness are increased. As toxicity leaves the body, the mind becomes calm and relaxed. Together, we reach a deeper understanding of the human experience.
