Erpelding & Associates is full-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm located in Chatham County, North Carolina. We proudly and professionally provide our clients with excellent quality residential and commercial valuation services in a timely manner.
Our residential appraisal service area includes Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill Triangle Area, as well as the Sandhills Region of North Carolina. Our primary counties include; Chatham, Durham, Harnett, Lee, Moore, Orange and Wake Counties.
Our commercial service extends throughout Central North Carolina. Services include agricultural-use properties, complex-lot, subdivision, and mixed-use property valuations, as well as small to mid-sized commercial property assignments, (less than 50,000 s.f.).
Our lender client-base includes local and regional banks, financial institutions, mortgage brokers, appraisal management companies and national relocation companies. Our professional services client-base includes attorneys, accountants, and of course individual and group property owners.
