As your personal chef I will shop for the freshest and seasonal ingredients needed to prepare your menu selections.

After your meals are prepared they are packaged and labeled with detailed heating instructions to eat at your convenience.

How a personal chef service works:
The first step is a private and confidential assessment on how I can best determine you and/or your familys needs and dietary balances. We will then decided together on your first weeks menu for you and/or your family and set a cooking date. On the first cooking session I will do the shopping, I will prepare all entrees and appropriate sides, desserts, etc. in the safety of your own kitchen using my own cooking equipment. I will package, label and store your freshly prepared meals with detailed heating instructions for you to eat at your convenience. Finally, I will take care of all cleaning, leaving your home with the fresh aroma of home cooked meals.
