We are a small, family owned business specializing in marine construction. We work primarily on Lake Norman and Mountain Island Lakes but will be happy to discuss/bid jobs on any lake in the Piedmont North Carolina. Owned by Terry Morrow for 20 years, we have numerous piers, docks, boathouses, boatlifts, seawalls, etc. that you can view. After you see the quality of our work, then you can make an informed decision when considering the different estimates you receive for your job. We are happy to provide a list of references on request.

We only use galvanized and stainless steel fasteners.
All decking is attached with screws.
