We know how valuable your time is, so we don’t give you a window of time for our appointments. We set an exact time for our handyman to arrive at your home.

We do our best to ensure that our pricing is as accurate as possible, so we must come to your house or business to see exactly what you need to have done. At this evaluation, you can discuss various options with the handyman, and he can recommend the one that best suits your needs.

Written Guaranteed Price
All of our pricing is by the job, not by the hour. That way you will know exactly what the work will cost you – instead of being stuck with an open ended hourly agreement.

If additional work is required, beyond the original agreement, we will complete a change order detailing the additional charges. We will not begin any additional work until you approve the change order.

The price we give you is for labor only. Materials are additional.

No Markup on Materials
We do not markup the cost of the materials. In fact, we pass along any discounts that we receive. Our cost is your cost.

Our handymen average more than 10 years of experience and have a wide range of skills and specialties.

All of our handymen have passed extensive background and reference checks.

Professional Customer Service
When you call HANDYMAN ADVANTAGE during business hours, you will talk to a real person - not an answering machine. Our friendly customer service representatives will get the basic information on what you need to have done and set an appointment for one of our handymen to go to your house to provide a written proposal with a guaranteed price.

When you accept our proposal, our handyman will set a firm appointment to begin the work when it is convenient for you.

We are always available to answer your questions and help you in any way that we can.

Pay When the Work is Done
In most cases, you won’t pay anything until the job is completed to your satisfaction. When the work is completed, we ask you to pay for the labor portion of the job plus any materials that we may have purchased for you.

The only exception is with jobs over $2,000. With these larger jobs we will ask you for a 10% deposit before we begin the work. And if the job lasts a week or more, we may ask for a progress payment, based on the amount of work completed.

We are insured for your protection. We maintain a $1 million liability policy.

A certificate of insurance is available for your review upon request.

Guarantee on Workmanship
For one year from the date of the invoice, HANDYMAN ADVANTAGE will correct at no additional cost any defects in the workmanship, unless otherwise noted. This guarantee is for workmanship only – it does not include materials.
