In 1978, Ronald E. Sneed returned home to the Swannanoa Valley after completing his law degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He grew up in this community and, for more than thirty years, has been providing quality affordable legal services to the residents and business of Black Mountain and the surrounding areas. His extensive knowledge of the Valley and its history have proved a valuable resource for his clients.
