Last, but I feel one of the most important accreditions I hold is my ASP. (Accredited Home Stager) I do not decorate homes. I assist my Sellers in "staging" their homes for the market to sell. I use mainly items already in the home, re-arrainge, remove, and modify placement of these in ways that always amazes each Seller I work with. I also offer discounts for packing supplies/boxes/tape/bubble wrap and discounts for Pods and paint. This all takes a little more effort than putting a sign in the yard and an ad in a book. The results are worth it to all.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Salisbury Association of Realtors and also the Greater Charlotte Multiple Listing Service. (MLS)I have served on the Grevience/Professional Standards Committee for our Salisbury Associationa and also currently serve as a Director for our Salisbury Association. I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and also the Woman's Business Owners for our area Chamber. I also am a member of the Salisbury Symphony Guild and First Presbyterian Church.

I am a Coastal girl (Beaufort, North Carolina) relocated to Salisbury via falling in love and marring a local family physician/now VA doctor. It is a second marriage for us both and our friends call us the "senior version" of the Brady Bunch since Tom has three grown sons, and I three beautiful and grown daughters. They are all finally out of college. We spend what free time we can find going back to Beaufort and fishing on "Closing Costs" and going over to the islands, the Hook at Cape Lookout, and Ocracoke. Tom loves sailing his Flying Scott on Lake Norman in regattas and often I am his crew. Community intersts include the Little Theater, Local Symphony, Bridge Games, Dinners with friends, taming our yard and planting flowers and veggies, reading a good book, playing with our dog, TOTO, a West Highland Terrier, a pound rescue puppy named Muffin (looks like a smaller version of Benji) and gray tabby kitty, Taylor (who could pass for a gray Garfield. I love to cook and enjoy time in our kitchen. Having been a Realtor for 24+ years, it is one of my passions. Salisbury is a delightful place to live with beautiful historic homes, excellent schools, medical services,neat little shops, family neighborhoods, parks and lakes nearby. It is convenient to both Charlotte, and Winston-Salem/Greensboro for air travel, shopping, theater, intense medical coverage, and the Amtrack Train stops
everyday. The new research park in Kannapolis is only 15 minutes away and the 85 corridor is making Salisbury a bedroom community. It is a great place to call home.
