American Society today is dominated by large corporations, large insurance companies, and large medical groups. Sometimes, the individual, who has been injured, feels lost and insignificant when dealing with these powerful entities. My purpose, as a lawyer, is to be an advocate and advisor to my clients so that they will have a level playing field when they litigate their grievances with those who have injured them.
I represent only individuals; I do not represent corporations, large employers, or insurance companies. My practice is limited to helping those who have been injured at work, on the highway, or by a physician or other health care provider. My staff is highly trained in dealing with the complexities of worker's compensation, personal injury, and medical negligence. It is my goal to provide individual attention to each client to try to make sure that his needs are met. Ultimately, the practice of law comes down to providing justice for your clients. That is my goal each time I undertake to help an injured person.
With over 30 years of combined experience, we have the skill and experience to see a case through from the initial investigation to seeing the case through at trial.
