Welcome to Artley Violins
Artley Violins wants to be your source for quality student and professional instruments. We specialize in repairs and restorations of violins, violas, cellos, and basses. We also write appraisals for insurance and other purposes. Artley, Inc. has a wide variety of well-known and lesser-known fine instruments for sale and rent, as well as bows, cases, and needed supplies for the orchestral string player. Our prices range from the modest student to the artist level. All of our Artley bows and instruments are shop adjusted to meet or exceed the Music Educators National Conference standards. Since 1981, Artley, Inc. has worked closely with school orchestra programs providing fair and reasonable estimates concerning restorations and purchases of school-owned instruments. In fact, the entire Artley staff has at one time or another been a public school string teacher.
Each of us have participated in restoration classes, given lectures, and attended various repair and performance workshops in order to maintain our high standards of quality. We understand the importance of a properly maintained instrument. At Artley Violins we strive to provide all of our customers with prompt, courteous, quality services at fair and reasonable rates.
