Kenny Barnes Studios has celebrated over twenty years creating portraits in Wilmington, North Carolina and Southeastern United States. As a portrait artist, he combines his passion for art with his love for people. Kenny Barnes Studios has earned a sterling reputation in the coastal towns of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, and Carolina Beach; New Hanover, Brunswick, Onslow, and Pender Counties; and the Southeastern United States. Kenny also has clients from Ocean Isle Beach, Holden Beach, Topsail Beach, Charleston SC, Myrtle Beach, as well as Raleigh, Jacksonville, Wallace, and New Bern, North Carolina. He has had the privilege to photograph clients from the famous Music City of Nashville, Tennessee; Columbia, Camden, and Florence, South Carolina; and from Vermont and Maine, down to Georgia and Florida.

Kenny Barnes Studios specialize in children, young adult, and family Portrait Paintings, traditional photographic art, Fine Art Black and White Portraiture, and photographic restorations. The Wilmington area offers beautiful coastal settings for beach portraits. Our studio takes great pride in maintaining a high level of client service and quality imagery. Kennys clients have come to rely on him to capture special times in their lives from maternity portraits and infant portraits, toddlers to teenagers, Sweet 16 Portraits, High School Senior Portraits, engagement and bridal portraits, to anniversary and retirement Portraits.

Kenny Barnes Studio uses state of the art equipment and finishing practices. In addition to inside sets, the location of the studio provides beautiful outdoor gardens that enhance every environmental portrait he creates. Kenny is a member and past president of the Professional Photographers of North Carolina. He has earned his Fellowship and Associate Degrees with this North Carolina organization.
