In the Corporate and Business area, our four attorneys handle everything from basic incorporations and LLC formations, to fairly complex merger and acquisition work. We also review franchise agreements, if you are thinking of purchasing a franchise, or drafting license agreements and franchise agreements if you would like to sell franchises of your business and systems. We have particular expertise working with dentists and doctors, who face much greater upfitting costs than typical business tenants or owners.

In the Will and Estate Planning area, we draft everything from simple wills to complex trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, health care powers of attorney, credit shelter trusts, probate avoidance trusts, family limited partnerships, and virtually all of the other estate planning documents. Most importantly, we want to tailor your estate plan to your particular needs. Our philosophy is to keep your will or estate plan as simple as possible, while accomplishing all of your goals. For all of our will and estate planning documents, we charge fixed fees based upon the documents we actually prepare- there are no hourly rates, and no "guessing" what the fee will be. When someone has passed on, we are able to help ease the burden of probate and estate administration, and trust administration.
