Tuesdays, January 11 - March 15 - 4:30-5:15pm For boys & girls ages 4 to 6 This specialized class is limited to just 8 students. With this small number of children the instructors will be able to give each child personal attention. Children will improve balance and coordination, increase self-confidence and have fun!

Self Defense for Women & Teen Girls
Saturday, January 22, 2011 - 1:00-5:00pm SafeSkills self defense workshops introduce you to the concepts of handling threatening or violent situations with simple, easy to learn strategies and techniques.
