Total Site Preparation has been a specialty for residential and commercial sites (3 acres and less). We offer clearing, basement excavation, footings, storm drainage, grading for curb, retention systems, water and sewer installation and demolition as part of our services. We also operate 8 trucks for hauling stone, dirt, asphalt and demolition material. Backhoe operations is a service offered for digging footings and sewer lines for plumbing contractors.
Being a Turn-Key Grading Contractor or doing partial site work is an option you have with JK Landscaping and Grading, Inc. Our employees are experienced operators who take pride in their work. Our equipment is dependable, late model, 1 CAT equipment, and is maintained by Carolina Tractor CSA programs. Down time is not a problem. JK Landscaping has been nominated by the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce for "Small Business of the Year", and is a member if the Home Builders of the Catawba Valley. We are a North Carolina Licensed Contractor under highway and water and sewer.
