Innovative Pool Designs, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Matt Bailey.
IPD has over 25 years of combined experience in the swimming industry. This experience has been hands on time, either directly working on construction jobs and also with homeowners educating them on the pool construction process. This quality of service is what sets us apart from the national chain corporations. You will have direct contact with the owner of the company, not with a high paid salesman who has no personal hands on experience with the construction process.

Matt Bailey has been in the pool business since 1995. He started by laboring, constructing and servicing in ground and above ground swimming pools. He worked his way up to be Vice President of a 27 year old pool business, where his duties included daily managing of pool construction crews, service crews, and a very successful retail store. Very few pool contractors bring this level of experience to their business. In 2005, Matt started his own business so he could concentrate on building custom in ground pools that match and exceed his high expectations and, more importantly, his customers' expectations.
