The North Carolina Academy of Real Estate, LLC is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach the required real estate courses which will prepare students for the Real Estate Licensing Examination and fulfill broker applicant course requirements. NCARE provides students with the basic skills and knowledge necessary to act as a licensed real estate broker.
Class offerings are updated and advertised on a regular basis, and distributed at the local Association of REALTORS® office. The Broker-in-Charge Annual Review Course, meeting new state requirements, can be found under Continuing Education.

This 75-hour course is an introductory level real estate principles and practices course with heavy emphasis on real estate brokerage law and practice. The primary objectives of this course are to provide students with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to act as a licensed real estate broker in a manner that protects and serves the public interest, and to prepare students for the real estate license examination. Successful completion of the course qualifies you to take the real estate license examination.
