Homeland Security Acquires Jesse's Work
Several of Jesse's images of New York, including of the World Trade Center, have been purchased by the Department of Homeland Security's office in lower Manhattan. "I cannot express enough my pride in having my images chosen for this office," Jesse said. Jesse grew up in Washington Heights and his second summer job, at age 15, was in a copy shop in the bowels of the World Trade Center. (His first summer job, at age 14, was as a clerical aide for the 17th Precinct at 51st & 3rd.) "There's a sacred responsibility in keeping the memory of September 11th alive," Jesse added. "And nowhere is that responsibility more important than at Homeland Security in Lower Manhattan. I am honored and humbled."
Hyatt Regency in Columbus, Ohio Commissions Jesse to Photograph the City
As part of our growing hospitality business, the Hyatt Regency in Columbus, Ohio commissioned Jesse to take pictures of their terrific city back in September. We're framing Jesse's work and it will hang throughout the hotel in the guest rooms and public spaces. Jesse has taken photographs of towns and cities across the country for Marriott, Wyndham, Hoel Sierra, Four Points by Sheraton, Hyatt Residency, and even the highest rated hotel in Jacksonville Beach (per Trip Advisor), a Holiday Inn Express. We're honored to add Hyatt Regency to this distinguished list.

Prints Donated to a Local Medical Clinic and Nearby Ronald McDonald House
We were clearing out more than 65 sample frame prints that had accumulated in the gallery over the years. There's a medical clinic down the street that caters to many of the local immigrant community - in particular families from Latin America and Burma. "My Burmese patients love the image of of the men walking through the Shwegadon Pagoda," says clinic physician Dr. Jonathan Fischer. Jesse's family brought the remaining prints to the local Ronald McDonald House. "It's absolutely a treat to be able to help out local organizations with art from time to time," Jesse said. You can see list of charities the gallery supports on our charities page.
