We provide a detailed, narrative report in plain, non-technical language that informs you about the physical condition of the property, the equipment present and its age and capacity. If in our opinion, the components or equipment are at or near the end of the average life expectancy but still performing adequately, we'll let you know so that you can plan for replacement. If there is a problem or defect in a system or component within the scope of the inspection, we will describe it, let you know the implications, and provide direction about correcting the problem. The report includes a repair summary section for quick reference and a recommended maintenance inspection to provide guidance for the continuing maintenance that your home will need.
We encourage our clients to attend and participate in the inspection. While our report is comprehensive and easy to understand, you will have a better understanding of the house and its condition if you attend the inspection.
