Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive, thorough inspection and a detailed written report that will inform you about the condition of the property and help you to make informed decisions about buying, selling, or maintaining your property.

Through the inspection process, you also have an opportunity to gain a better understanding about the building and its systems, as well as what maintenance needs, repairs, and replacements you may encounter in the near future.

Our philosophy is to do the best possible job for our clients. Rather than trying to hurry through one inspection to get to the next, we concentrate on each house or building, taking as long as necessary to determine the property conditions. Because of this approach, our fee is higher than some of our competitors, but we feel that you get what you pay for, and we provide very good value for our clients.

We provide a detailed, narrative report in plain, non-technical language that informs you about the physical condition of the property, the equipment present and its age and capacity. If in our opinion, the components or equipment are at or near the end of the average life expectancy but still performing adequately, we'll let you know so that you can plan for replacement. If there is a problem or defect in a system or component within the scope of the inspection, we will describe it, let you know the implications, and provide direction about correcting the problem. The report includes a repair summary section for quick reference and a recommended maintenance inspection to provide guidance for the continuing maintenance that your home will need.

We encourage our clients to attend and participate in the inspection. While our report is comprehensive and easy to understand, you will have a better understanding of the house and its condition if you attend the inspection.
