United Management provides complete leasing services for apartment complexes designated "Affordable Housing" which are financed through the Department of Agriculture's Rural Housing Service. The apartments are leased in accordance with regulations developed by the Rural Housing Service. Apartment complexes whose loans were closed after Congressional passage of the Tax Reform Act in 1986 have further limitations to income and rental amounts charged to comply with specifications of the Act. Our property management services include operational supervision, maintenance of the facilities, and liaison between the Federal Government Agencies and renters needing "affordable housing".
