Lee Denney handles a variety of cases, including criminal cases for both court appointed attorneys and private sector attorneys, as well as civil and domestic cases. Most of these cases involve locating and interviewing witnesses and conducting surveillance. Mr. Denney has been certified as an arson expert for court and has received his classification as a Senior Arson Investigator.
Mr. Denney has attended several counterintelligence, DEA, and bomb identification detection schools. He has served as the Vice President for the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators. He is a certified firearm instructor, trainer, range officer and concealed carry instructor. He is also a notary public, able to notarize statements taken from witnesses.
