Our Mission Statement
At Churchill's we strive to provide the most outstanding food and service for our guests, we place the guest first and endeavor to exceed all expectations and present a casual elegant dining experience that is never stuffy.
Collin Guzman, Owner and Managing Partner Churchill’s Restaurant and Pub. “Collin” may seem like a new name in food to you … but actually I have a storied history in Morganton. The son of a long time restaurateur, (Raymond Guzman), I worked in our family owned restaurants while growing up, as well as in several other premier local restaurants. I then moved on to explore my own food style and other career paths. I continued to work in food service to develop my own ideas about how to best bring my food to the public. Churchill’s is the culmination of these ideas.
“You Love It or I Buy It”. This statement is the core of my commitment to providing the best food for the best price and for honoring my father’s memory.
