The physicians and staff of Southeastern Sports Medicine are proud to provide orthopedic care to athletes and anyone wishing to lead an active lifestyle, whether at home, at work, or on the playing field. Our Sports Medicine is comprised of a team of medical professionals specializing in the treatment and care of bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints.

Southeastern Sports Medicine works closely with SEFR offering onsite physical therapy to insure all patients aggressively rehabilitate the injured area to insure a speedy, safe recovery.

For extra convenience, we offer a Clinic weekday mornings for injured athletes and anyone seeking orthopedic care. If you cannot attend our morning Clinic, same-day appointments are available for walk-ins and call-ins.

Check-in is 7:20 AM on a first-come-first-served basis.
Patients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present. A signed note authorizing treatment may be used in the absence of a parent or guardian.
Insurance cards must be presented at time of service. If you are not insured or if we are not recognized as a provider by your insurance company, payment is expected at time of services.
