Wilson & Ratledge, PLLC is an AV-Rated, full-service legal practice with a diverse client base. The Firm was formed in 2001 by the merger of two longstanding firms and is comprised of professionals, including attorneys, CPA's and certified paralegals, who are dedicated not only to providing outstanding legal services but also to creating client satisfaction. The professionals work as a team, along with support staff and technology to add value and innovation to traditional legal services.
The Firm has a broad general practice, organized into two major departments: (a) Corporate, Business, Tax and Commercial Bankruptcy; and (b) Litigation. Within these departments, our professionals typically work in one or more areas of practice such as estate planning and administration, state and federal taxation (including controversy), business, (including mergers and acquisitions), labor and employment, civil litigation, and workers' compensation defense. The Firm also retains a health care law specialist, of counsel.
