We were impressed from our very first contact from Henry at Pro Carpet. The very minute that I submitted our request to Service Magic Henry called on the phone to see how he could serve us. He invited us to his showroom and was prepared when we got there to guide us with patience and understanding of our wants and needs. He called us twice to update us on the progress of the carpet delivery from the manufacturer. Ten days from our first contact he sent his two men Nelson and Jesus to install the carpet. They did a fast and professional job with attention to detail and took great care in moving our furniture and continually cleaning up.
