My name is Sally Robinson, L.Ac., and I am a colleague of Ben's. My practice is White Pine Acupuncture, located on Charlotte Street in North Asheville. I am the owner and founder of White Pine Acupuncture; and we have another acupuncturist, Mindy Gates, who is also a labor and delivery nurse.

Additionally, we have a wonderful massage therapist named Tara Nichols. Most recently, we are also happy to offer Rolfing body work through our Rolfer, Ann Marie Cockrell. We are so honored to be taking over the care of Ben's patients, and we look forward to working with you!
Sally Robinson, L.Ac., graduated from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California in 2003. She is thoroughly trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as she received her Master's degree in TCM from Five Branches. In addition to TCM, Ms, Robinson has also done extensive studies of Japanese style acupuncture as well as Classical Chinese Medicine. Outside of her private practice, Ms. Robinson enjoys being a faculty member at Daoist Traditions.
Mindy Gates, L.Ac., R.N., graduated from Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in 2007. Ms. Gates received her nursing degree in 1997 and thoroughly enjoys integrating her knowledge and experience of Eastern and Western medicines.
White Pine Acupuncture is an avid supporter of the integration of Eastern and Western medicines. We refer readily and often to M.D.'s and are proud to have wonderful relations with many doctors in our community. We are the official acupuncture providers for Mission Hospital employees and are consistently involved in educational opportunities through their Integrative Health program.

We have a complete Chinese herbal pharmacy, many local western herbs, and a full line of essential oils. We provide individualized treatments including acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, and tui na, as well as customized herbal prescriptions. White Pine Acupuncture is named in honor of the White Pine, the Tree of Peace. We strive to cultivate and honor peace within ourselves, our patients, and the community.
