A&B Construction and Development, Incorporated is an unlimited licensed general contractor located in Asheville, North Carolina. We incorporated in 1981 and are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Years of Experience & A Solid Reputation From years of experience and knowledge comes our solid reputation as both a custom home builder and a commercial contractor. With that knowledge and expertise we created, in 1997, a dedicated service division that provides emergency 24-hour commercial repairs, and small commercial work.
