Our Inspection Report:
The report is digitized and easy to read. It includes all the major systems and components of the home or building and it is specific to only your home or building. Extraneous and useless information is excluded. Our report is well established as the " Intelligent Report ".
We inspect all accessible systems and components as defined by the appropriate North Carolina standard. We use instruments such as infrared thermometers, carbon monoxide testers, combustible gas detectors, moisture meters, etc. Our goal is to make sure you get the best and most accurate inspection.
I am fully licensed and certified. I do not employ associate Home Inspectors. Instead, all inspections are performed by me.
Most people agree, " you get what you pay for ". We believe you deserve the best inspection for your home and our extra effort combined with our experience provides the most comprehensive inspection. Our fees are competitive but we are not the cheapest.
If you need our services but your financial situation is such that you can not pay our fee, call us directly or ask your Realtor to call our office. Under certain circumstances we will work "Pro-Bono". One condition is that your Realtor must also work "Pro-Bono"...there are other considerations and we do not approve all that apply. We believe everyone deserves our expert services.
Our Report Delivery:
We use the latest computer technology and our digital reports are usually delivered the same day via email. The report is in a PDF format. We can deliver via U.S. Mail if needed.
Our Promise to You
Choosing the right inspector or consultant can be very difficult since each one has different qualifications and each provides a different level of quality service; inspectors are not all the same. Differences may include the type test equipment used, professional qualifications, report formats, the inspector's determination to be very thorough, and methods to gain business referrals.
