Hartzell & Whiteman, L.L.P. was formed in 1994. Attorneys Jerry Hartzell and Andy Whiteman have over 55 years combined experience practicing civil litigation in Raleigh, North Carolina. The bulk of our work is in federal and state courts in North Carolina, but we sometimes file and defend cases in other jurisdictions with the permission of the local courts.
The firm is experienced in complex litigation, class actions, trials and appellate practice, and is committed to providing high quality, cost-effective advocacy.
The majority of our cases are for individual plaintiffs or small businesses, and we strive to maintain a strong commitment to client service and communication.
